Managerial innovation in the – growing – area of frugal innovation : skills acquisition and transfers.
The purpose of this study is to work on management models that give a response to both of the new aspirations of the workers and the necessity for the compagnies to adapt their innovation models to the rising-up of frugal innovation. It is focused on the skills acquisition and transfer forms, first regarding the key role they could play in that transition to create better innovation models. It will especially observe interdisciplinary communities and teams. a pannel of fieldwork will be studyed to observe the sharing and learning practises in several social world : in the maker movment, in compagnies and in the university.
