Public Policy facing up to technological changes
PhD Student in Economics, since 2013, at Telecom ParisTech, interested in Industrial economics, Economics of network industry (regulated industries, especially in the electronic communications sector) and econometrics. I worked three years as an industrial PhD student at the Regulatory Department of Orange in France until April 2016. Since then, I am full-time at Telecom ParisTech.
