Profile:

Patrick Waelbroeck earned his PhD in economics from Université de Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). His research is fields of economics of innovation, economics of intellectual property, economics of the Internet and of personal data.

Patrick Waelbroeck is vice-président of the European Policy for Intellectual Property association and will host the annual conference of the association at Telecom ParisTech in 2013.
